Walk into a really big liquor store (like Binny's in Chicago) and you will notice 100's and 100's of craft beers for sale.

One could argue that there is an oversupply of craft beer.

However, almost all craft beer 6-packs are selling in the $9.99 - $12.99 range.

With the oversupply of craft beer - why isn't it selling for $5.00 a 6-pack?

The market has determined that craft beer should cost $9.99 a six pack. Said another way: $9.99 is what consumers are WILLING TO PAY.

Just like the Cannabis Market has determined that Cannabis is worth $8/gram in Canada and $15 Euro a gram in Germany and Europe. It is what the consumer is willing to pay.

When I visit Denver, Cannabis cost more the closer you get to Coors Field, but it gets cheaper the farther you go outside the city because people are WILLING TO PAY more for convenience.

There is also a quality factor here. The Wall Street Analysts will have you believe that all Cannabis is the same - that it is just a commodity like Corn or Wheat.

However, Cannabis is more like fine wine. People are willing to pay more for great Cannabis than they are for some swag.

And Aurora is growing some of the BEST CANNABIS in the world.

Supply and demand. The street sets the price. Competition adjusts the price.

BEFORE:
Demand=0.25
Supply=4(Demand)
$/g=7

AFTER: ??
Demand +25%-100% ??
Supply +1000% ??
$/g = ?????????
???????????????
