Bottom line is, everything is based on BS PR's and most know how reliable those are. BDCI is being promoted the same way TGGI (another Dwyer sham) was, using Cannabis Consortium and their partners as massive revenues for tggi. Dwyer pulled the rug out from under tggi and will do the same with bdci. He's 0 - for all in successful tickers.
