ND, don't forget that Jason Ruppert filed another lawsuit against NGCG - after reading the filings he was attempting to collect on a lawsuit already filed and settled by Pamela Ruppert.
I found many problems in the lawsuit and Ruppert had to keep amending the lawsuit.
The scam in its simplest Form is a fake loan - a lawsuit (many times settled within 2 weeks) - the settlement includes a 3(a)(10) exemption which means the shares are free trading immediately - basically a way to circumvent Rule 144.
