its says what the cusp were established solely for the purpose of the LTIs and DCR shares when appropriate...AND,

What others do with the escrow cussips is not up to WMILT and entirely up to the individual entities.

Practically speaking you are correct since those very cusips proportionally represent how many and what type of equity interests each person holds and will be used to determine each individuals proportional share of cash returns...it's semantics.
