A Chapter 11 REORGANIZATION is JUST THAT and that AINT a LIQUIDATION CHAPTER 7 LIQUIDATION...................................

So then all that is left is to re-involve THE ORIGINAL SHAREHOLDERS back into the mix, based on their 75/25 matrix payout,, once all creditors are taken care of THEN THE COMPANY CAN and IMHO WILL REORGANIZE.......................................

And we be off to the races
