Bungie sure couldn't find much.
They got a pretty big budget and some good lawyers.
Worlds patents ended up with a positive markman, survived a PTAB
death squad IPR, and could possibly get back the lost claims in that
IPR with a proper RPI ruling.
Concerns are not about the patents here,
WDDD is rock solid on that...
concerns are over the court system for me involving CAFC and PTAB,
mostly PTAB being as the Judges on panel in CAFC should be the same Judges
and those 3 are fair.

Well done Data! All these know it alls. Your explanations continue to give me renewed confidence, not that I need it, but after 6 years, it's nice to know we are near the promised land. I talk to Kidrin from time to time, he is a gentleman at all times, will explain what he can within the rules, and I get the utmost confidence in his ability to move this company forward. JMHO
