To answer: Though all has occurred in the past;
I look at this as a new opportunity...blank slate.
Chris will never answer to any of the failures; nor do I ever expect to learn them. And as you know; all the pennies are never transparent.
At this time; I'm looking at price; share structure; and YES, still that Chris took over this company to eventually benefit from it in a big way.
If the company was bailing; you would probably see tons of dilution and selling; no matter what price on a daily basis.
Ever since the promo several months ago; that took price to .40; the stock has gone inactive; but maintaining this current low level.
As the promo did show; the stock went from these levels to .40 in no time. So; with any tangible progress; it could easily surpass that in no time IMHO.
