The selloff happened when the Pre 14C came out. Longs doubled down and flippers sold off looking to get back in much lower.

There are very few shares to be had at these levels.

Thats why I want 5s or below, to shield from the sell off post R/S.

There is Zero reason for this to sell off post RS. Would make absolutely no sense... unless traders just like losing money for fun.

Only way a sell off happens is dilution and I have already confirmed with the company that no new shares have entered the market in over 5 WEEKS and this will continue into the near future.

OS currently stands at 495 million as stated in recent filings. Hasn't changed at all.

Company has never mislead or lied to me so no reason to stop listening to their guidance now.
