There are outs!!! Period!!! If our innovative yong minds take the route in favor of Shareholders is anyone’s guess. What I do know is some entity has a tone of money invested here!!! I’m merely resting at the bottom of the spittoon in comparison. Best of luck. My fingers are most definitely crossed,Baby!!!

Vance, once again it is possible but it has never happened for any stock suspended for delinquency:

The Cusip as explained by lucky,mydog could be taken over by some other company some decade but those who did not sell before revocation would likely get a fraction of the shares they originally held.

The only positive thing that could happen at this point would be Solaris Power Cells finally speaking and saying that they would fight this which they have not. There will not be a last minute stay of execution and SPCL will be revoked.
