That is the truth if I ever read it.

Were it not for THJMW, (IMO) both commons AND preferreds would have cried ourselves to sleep for a week so many years ago. But here we are, patiently waiting.

I believe that the employee claims have been held in limbo to give other processes time to complete. IMO notable candidates are A&M and FDIC working through untangling the things that JPMC took possession of that were NOT supposed to be part of the deal. The time is coming and I feel optimistic. I have no idea when but we are getting closer every day.
