did you also go inside the facility and see the production machinery?

can you post pics of that too if you took pictures?

and are you more encouraged than ever? (I assume)

Your Man in Natchez #8:

After the tests in the quad runner, the vespa scooter, and the lawn mower, we were led inside. A diesel was started up and was given the touch test. Running with this fuel, the engine remains cool/only slightly warm to the touch.

We were then shown a test run of the prototype reactor. Tomorrow they are going to fire up the big (65 foot one) for the validation/demonstration. First 20 pounds of soybeans is weighed out.

They are loaded into the reactor chamber:

The reactor is then closed and heavy nuts are tightened

This is Richard and Me.

The reactor is turned on. It takes approx 8 minutes to do a run. There are 3 outputs: A flammable gas, a 'light' oil, and a 'heavy' oil.

When the reaction was done, a valve was opened to release the flammable gas of the reaction. This gas was ignited and burned with an invisible flame. One of the men stuck a paper towel into the flame and it instantly ignited. I missed that shot.:

You can see the flame/heat wave shadow on the wall:

It takes time for the reactor to cool down. When we returned, the heavy and light oils were collected in 1 gallon cans.
This is the light oil. Approx 2/3 gallon.

This is the heavy oil. Approx 4/5 gallon. ..Total output over 1.5 gallons of first run biofuel.

A small amount of biofuel is put in a metal container and set ablaze.

Here is a comparison of COLD biofuel, and Palm Oil. The biofuel is liquid, while the palm oil is solidified.

After the reactor cools, the fertilizer/carbon residue is removed. These are boxes of that from previous runs:

The whole process was amazing, and the possibilities for this biofuel are truly mind boggling.

After leaving the Port Gibson facility, we drove to the Production Facility where 200 reactor tubes will be housed.
