OKAY ERYONE I DID SOME EARLY MORNING DETECTIVE WORK. UNFORUNATELY STILL TRYONGTO GET THE OTC COMPLIANCE OFFICER TO PICK UP! HES BUY IM SURE..THE OT WEBSITE WAS ALSO HAvING ISSUESBUT NOTANYMORE. SO IWANTED 2 CROSS CHECK AMFILSTWEET ON SEPTEMBER 18 SAYING "ALL FORMS SUBMITTED" https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/AMFE/disclosure


NOW IM NO PRO at the forms stuff but I know there is quite a lot of things to do..so im trying to confirm with otc markets that roger INDEED submitted EVERYTHING needed from their page. I see they got all "A" ratings so if all this is done we are about to uplist any second literally... everyone ill be holding and bying with a few flippers but as soon as I confirm amfils tweet from 3 weeks ago that allw as submitted then me an my people are loading the boat past capacity..will let you all know what I hear!



UPDATE: he answered and was a total tight lip...he couldn't comment and confirm that even though amfil said they sent everthing they cant comment farther...I assume with the atorney letters 20ksetc are enough and he agreed *at least got something out of him) also confirmed that ulists take 2 weeks to two months byt if they are missing many things it takes long in amfes case I imagine they have it all submitted!! trie calling amfil but they are closes still
