Nothing to do with luck. It is simple math :-)

All shares are COMMON shares. Reverese split or no reverse split...doesn't matter! It is the PROPORTION of the total shares that count.

Even a 1 to 10,000 R/S won't put a dent on my PORTION of the total shares that I own out of total $$ settlement!
