I don't see any reason to worry about Reverse Split here. RS is done by companies that want to continue the operation and seeking fund. But, everyone at UOIP including Carter is waiting for a payout!

Let's say total shares is 1000,000 and Carter has 900,000 and you own 1000 shares now. Let's say there is a RS and total shares are done to 1000. Carter now has 900 shares and you have 1 share. But, your one share now is worth 1000 times more. So, basically, your share of the total shares has not changed a bit. Neither Carter's or anyone else.

This is all because EVERYONE has COMMON shares! That is the beauty of having shares of UOIP.

A RS does not change the end game for anyone so it is worthless to even think about it.

finra will not approve a r/s on a stock awaiting revocation. however, after revocation uoip can do a r/s in the state of incorporation. slnn recently did this, essentialy wiping out the common shareholders.

FINRA still has to approve reverse splits for private companies. And in the event of a reverse split, insiders' share count will be decreased by the same amount as yours since all shares held in the company are common shares.

What would be the point of a reverse split here?...

Got to think about reasons why companies issue reverse splits before being worried about it here in this scenerio.
