You forgot to add the fact that NOUV has had a Canadian cease trade order against it for years now.

If NOUV has 100 acres for cultivation and this fact has any bearing on the stock price then they won’t be planting anything until spring hemp/marijuana last time I checked doesn’t do well in winter
