Yes you are aff base here. Been involved with a few public companies that have gone private and then were sold....made a killing

Heinz was delisted in 2013 ... was on nyse. Then it was bought by a birkshire hathaway and 3g capitial.

sold for $28 billion a 20% on the 2 year high pps pefore delisting
