It’s likely off site due to construction. They board room would be to small and there would be safety concerns in the plant.

The reason the company had the annual shareholders meetings elsewhere is the facility was in no way worthy of having anyone there prior to 2014. I remember going by there before they remodeled and the front desk was covered with school books and it looked like it belonged in a Tijuana warehouse. I also happened to pass by while they were remodeling because I worked down the street.
