...and yet, there is still no S-1/A. If they get to 60 days with no amendment (as the SEC comments will have been in Fusz's possession for about a month when that happens) the possibility that the S-1 will be withdrawn starts to increase significantly....at 90 days it is a given.
It shouldn't take them 30 days to deal with comments, unless some major issue was identified by the SEC.
