ABCE is a share selling scam for a few owners of a failing solar company and will never amount to more then that. They diluted shareholders into the ground, did a R/S, diluted shareholders into the ground again, and are in the process of doing a 2nd R/S, and have literally said they will continue to dilute shareholders up to $5,000,000 more after the R/S is complete.
The company is losing money (and has been for YEARS) every quarter with millions in revenue, which shows just how incompetent management is.
After the R/S the O/S will be 50MM with a .009 PPS based off todays close. For just a mere $350k, ABCE would have to give them 50MM shares doubling the O/S. There is no amount of BS PRs that can prop the PPS up enough to make money here. The downward selling pressure from dilution will crush this stock right back down to where it is now.
The market will never trust this company again, and the stock like many OTC stocks will never recover.
There is a lot of opportunity in the OTCs (check my post history for quality stocks) but ABCE is not one of them. “Should you find yourself in a chronically leaking boat, energy devoted to changing vessels is likely to be more productive than energy devoted to patching leaks.” GL all
