I encourage long time longs to buy some puts now and hold the rest to maximize your upside. You may look at your swelling account and smile, but one of your next thoughts may be,"What if something bad happens?". I was able to buy January 15 Puts for less than $3 today. I'd encourage you to do the same. That allows you to keep your holdings on the table for the Nov conference, FDA approval, maybe a BP buyout?, and still sleep at night.
