All he has to do are 2 things ... Provide an estimate of Q3 revs and hint at exploring a partnership or buyout. That would send PPS up past 15 cents where over 3m can be had from wàrrant exercise. Those should be considered part of o/s and already factored in. Are u saying $3m + can't last for at least 3 more months ?? It's not that dire... We just need PRs which are overdue to be honest. Need to breach 15 cents

Part of what you're talking about is the safe harbor act, which prevents a company from being sued if they don't reach their milestones, because those milestones were stated as projections and not stated as facts.
