Johnny C is basically correct

There is a complex formula that incorporates the following.

It appears someone can read Investopedia, but the response doesn't answer the question!

PAID CONSULTANT Johnny C made a claim re: the value of the VTGN options, citing a Black-Scholes derivative calculation. In the past PAID CONSULTANT Johnny C has touted a mysterious ability to make such a calculation! The original point simply said "PROVE IT" by supplying the math that led to his claimed valuation!

BTW...PAID CONSULTANT JOHNNY C IS MAKING THE "VALUATION" UP! JOHNNY CESARIO, aka JOHNNY C, WHO IS CONSULTANT CEO SETH SHAW'S BFF, WOULDN'T HAVE THE FOGGIEST IDEA ABOUT ACTUALLY PROVIDING A DEFINITIVE DERIVATIVE CALCULATION!

"His $1.10 black shoal comment is reasonable. I won’t get into exact numbers here but his figure is not outside of the realm of reason."

Neither of you knows scat from shinola about the Black-Scholes calculation...or even how it's spelled.

"I won’t get into exact numbers here"
Of course you won't.

Some investors will remain ignorant to the facts regarding why hedge funds and brokerages use Black Shoal to value assets not trading, and some simply do not about it. Most will never have access to it. but many people will find Black Shole option valuations valuable. The TAUG board has positioned The company in excellent position controlling so many shares of a company that is on the cusp of 3 blockbuster indications... Pain Depression Anxiety Plus Hodgkinson and Parkinson as well as having a stem cell company that may be spun off into another NASDAQ company..

TAUG's investment here should do very very well
