LMAO! The BCSC said they were never issued or knew about a subpoena....WHICH IS 100% THE TRUTH. And no....the BCSC will not have to defend itself "in chile" how many times do you have to be told there is ZERO jurisdiction? What is happening is purely procedural.....and will END that way....I would bet you....but you already welshed on our bet about the injunction being lifted.....remember? It WAS lifted....you should not be posting anymore.....but what IS to be expected from a believer in JL and BJ.??????
