That is not the correct interpretation.
The PwC statement was "and is in the best interests of the Company, their creditors, and other stakeholders." Nowhere is shareholder either mentioned, or even implied. If it was, they would be specifically named, just like creditors was (and even there, only 2 creditors are benefiting, but that still qualifies to name the class under bankruptcy law).
