The Facts? Ponder did not get a single shares!

Ponder not get them, Kieth got them, the CEO of the AWS subsidiary that no doubt is working 80 hours a week right now handling 1000 employees and a huge growth spurt. Keith has been at Aws since it was Alcoa Wireless under Alcoa Aluminum ages ago.

Ponder is just the money manager and Human resources people guy, Keith is the PE-Engineer with the all the know how.
