Exactly. Any possible announcement of a potential r/s vote would probably simply jolt price volatility, because people would speculate if it meant the best or the worse for future trial outcome, but an actual vote would either need to be nearly simultaneous with (potential) trial sucess announcement, or else....well, let’s not go there. IMO.
