These companies would make great future clients of the Greenshift technology they already would be using in the case the court orders them to pay.

I want Greenshift's customers to have enough financial resources to pay them for the products and services they receive from Greenshift.

In addition, their demonstrated willingness to infringe on Greenshift's patents makes them unlikely candidates to become a customer of Greenshift, because they would have to change their business model, becoming a buyer of Greenshift's products and services instead of a producer of those same products and services. This change in a company's business model would require those companies to sell some equipment and purchase other equipment. Any company that has already paid a court-ordered financial penalty to Greenshift is unlikely to see any financial benefit from making this large financial investment.
