You say that you hope“many of the defendants in your lawsuit will have to go out of business after the court orders them to pay Greenshift for the cost of the litigation”

Why’s that? These companies would make great future clients of the Greenshift technology they already would be using in the case the court orders them to pay. Going out of business could also mean they are not able to pay whatever they could earn GERS.
