What proof of this exists? Any link? And does the information come from a PR or some verifiable SEC, or audited filing? Every single scam purports to make millions from some sub.

So I only request that we look at DD, which there really isn’t unless we use the dark past of some of the directors to assume the direction will be doom and gloom for all going forward.
These two guys have cleaned up at expense of retail shareholders. And as far as past history don't kid yourself - THESE GUYS NEVER CHANGE. They have LIED while flipping those assets.

I really think this Hightimes deal will be no different. Somehow they failed to merge it into their Origo holding company. So now they go after naïve investors - but hey they do state they may never go public at $11/share - so I guess they are good to go?
