the double blinded, placebo inclusion trials are a thing of the past when the adaptive trial measures become the standard practice.

I can only say at this point one hopes the people controlling how trials with a target for approve/not approve have a different branch called either LEARNING (time out)or APPLIED CONCEPTUAL PROCESSING.

We should be smart enough to allow facts generated by the process to be put to use w/o derailing the entire train.
