I hate to say this but 10K is not fished, hence the explanation for filing the extension:

The internal and external accountants as well as the auditor had their primary focus and resources dedicated to completing the multi-year audit that was recently submitted with the exchange on Sept 13th 2018 while working on FYE 2018 when time permitted. Full focus was shifted after filing the multi-year audit to FYE 2018's filing preperation for submission and will be submitted as soon as completed.

yes for the most part the audit's numbers are done, but the verbiage still needs smoothing out and needs to be filed...
