Apparently yes and clearly someone has inside information that it is not turning over well at all...

I just wonder how someone could get to that kind of information considering that others are seeing the exact opposite take place across different Publix stores.

What's at stake, is that if Publix or another chain store doesn't place a bulk order soon in time for holidays, investors will find themselves dismayed by the very real possibility that revenues will be down year to date. Some are touting that there will be "millions in revenues" when so far, that appears to be wishful thinking.
