No clue but thanks for sharing. I have 10million shares of this dog with at .0024 average. I am thinking that this is going to turn into a stock loss write off. I hope I am wrong. Ugh.

To me it means they are not paying their Registered Agent any longer and no new RA appointed = close to abandonment IMO
