Perhaps, but from a business perspective why would you pay the sales life line of your business over 20% below market value. It’s bad business not only in retaining talent but in investing in the business itself. This is why Ryan has continually had issues retaining talent whether it be temps or direct positions. He loses the people then the accounts that go with them to the competitors that aren’t greedy scum bags. Then he blames everyone but himself overlooking his own deficiencies.
