I really don't know much about mesothelioma so I had no idea how promising their results might really be. And I know there were questionable issues with how they presented the data in the Optune trial - although it seems that those who aren't invested in NWBO don't seem to have much problem with that as I don't see them frequenting those boards to alert "speculating" investors.

if not parallel assignment and random how are patients selected? At the very least shouldn't patients be randomized?
