No. Because if that happened per the agreement the share price would be allowed to count on the next trading day. So Monday would count and any news at this point squeezes and will reach .50 in a second. I don’t want these milestone shares if we are going to close a deal in the next 30 days.

The deal goes through, from whatever the pps is, it'll still take off like a bandit imo.

IMO, the PPS is irrelevant other than whatever stake you decide to take. Major lotto ticket imo. Risk/reward to the max.
