Blood is in the streets. Admittedly, Leo did bring this on with his milestone bs. But even so, this is being used as major fear monger to shake out whatever they can.

The deal goes through, from whatever the pps is, it'll still take off like a bandit imo.

IMO, the PPS is irrelevant other than whatever stake you decide to take. Major lotto ticket imo. Risk/reward to the max.
