Thanks PB. The stress has melted away, I'm in the gym 5 days a week now, so it's good for BIEL cuz my old joints need mucho Actipatches.
Note- Not as old as Steve43, his only exercise is slapp'n the ask

With mine, it's cheaper to keep her. I just buy her a Actipatch once every few months. At least the nagging during period time is cured.
