OCT 1 - Supreme Court publishes "Order of the Court" every Monday that they are in session.

Last one was 6/25 when session ended for year. Look for next one on OCT 1 when Court is in session again. It should list all certiorari denials and grants from the conference of 9/25. Including RPX VS Chanbond(UOIP)

Reporter for Bloomberg news said it would be Thursday 9/27 - wrong = fake news.

You can check on Supreme Court web site in 2 places.

- under Case Documents/Docket Search use "17-1686" to see all activity of RPX V Chanbond


- under Case Documents/Orders of the Court all decisions from 9/25 conference should be in Monday's Order List. They are listed by Year - this will probably be the first item in Term Year 2018. Open it and find 17-1686.
