What source are you getting your info that a settlement is near?

Hope you are right brother. For everyone's sake. If it worked out that way it would be the biggest short squeeze in history.
SEC could be auditing the share count vs the amount of shares sold....thus needing more current info....anything is possible at this point. Everything is speculation unless you work for the SEC or have insider information. CEO wouldn't cheer the suspension for no reason I wouldn't think. Just a possibility.
