If you hold shares in SCEI you wernt on the fence as to IF the Company was finally going to see a settlement for the injustice that was cast upon them and the 9+ years they have been fighting for shareholders

Your holding shares because you KNOW the settlement date is near and your shares are going to be worth a small fortune


Sure the stock was halted....but in my opinion it was halted for MM manipulation and nothing the Company has done


I even considered that the Company itself called for the suspension so the manipulation could be investigated

I dont believe the CEO gives a Monkeys what market the shares are traded on...pink or grey....the share price doesnt matter

What DOES matter is the WORTH of the shares AFTER the settlement has been paid out

If your holding shares....YOU WILL GET PAID

If your Short....YOU MAY BE SCREWED

If you sold out....YOUR LOSS
