Curious why do you think this will go back up?

The 10q was really bad. Huge losses with net income. Liabilities deficits of 14 million dollars. Unable to afford current debts when they can't turn a profit?

What is your reasoning behind this, other than pump and dumps that longs are trying to sucker new investors with. This seems like a dead horse what am I missing?
