Parker, you can be confident in the following:

1) There will be no attempt to fix the SEC situation. Money is better used for the infringment case, instead of used to file paperwork.

2) The concentration is solely on the case, everything else is secondary.

3) Everyone will be treated fairly on any settlement.

4) I am confident that Billy is a stand up guy and someone worthy of trust and respect. He doesn't get enough credit for funding this case. The pot shots at him as evil or untrustworthy are unwarranted.
