1) The FB investors page is maintained by an individual investor who is not associated with the company or OTC markets, so the individual won't be able to provide a concrete answer.

2) Actually, none of us can provide a concrete answer, but from what I've been reading, the uplist could take a few weeks after the audit filing (3 to 4 weeks). I am expecting that AMFE will in the OTCQB within the next 2 weeks.
