Its been common knowledge that carter is funding litigation. Shareholders are not funding the lawsuit. I think a lot of newer people need to read 13-D and 8k. I think if you read these your mind will be put to rest

Also if we are in greys and our shares adjust, we will have a very hard time selling them and it will vanish. They only way we can win on Greys is a buyout of our shares.
We don't want our shares price to adjust on grey market.
