Finally, I've got one more piece of information for you regarding HWRC's use of the Medworx money:

On July 10, 2017, Dewmar issued a PR announcing its healthcare real estate project. In that PR, Moran discussed acquiring properties for lease to medical facilities, with the first being at 1001 Hwy. 90 E, in Clinton, MS, which was then rented to Merit Health System:

I performed a property search at the Hinds County, MS Tax Assessor site (Clinton is in Hinds County) and found that the property is owned by 1001 E HWY 80 LLC, which was registered by Scherrie L Prince. Marco Moran is the only Member mentioned. I'm not 100% sure, but when a company listing shows someone as a Member, that means that it could be a subsidiary of another company, which in this case is probably HWRC or Dewmar:

The thing is, the DEWM PR states that the company owns the property, not Moran. Was he lying in the PR, or is he liquidating some of DEWM's assets in order to take repayment on the accrued salary that he's stated in DEWM's filings that he was owed?
