I agree w/both you guys. My thinking is based on RWE and the nature of AD (and other CNS). When results from CTAD and events leading to it are presented. When we begin to develop confidence in the Precision Medicine process then I think patients w/AD will be asked to participate (caregivers and clinicians) will be excited. IMO, when information on stability or better yet recovery for patients leaks out then no one will sit it out. Who will waste away when treatment is available? A dynamically complex scenario not controlled by todays rules, IMO. We can do this.

Additionally, when other CNS diseases are evaluated in the PM process and some credibility is in place all types of political and medical and healthcare system escalation pressures will come out of the woodwork. People will make informed, risk based decisions. IMO, all of that will happen in far less time than extensive trials can be completed. It won't be pretty but we will get through it. I also hope and pray that AVXL SP is some very big number ASAP, at least north of BIIB's today.
