You can see that in almost everyone fins. It’s boilerplate. It’s like saying a asteroid might hit the earth tomorrow or sometime down the road.

That boilerplate disclaimer is in most penny/small cap filings. It does not get removed until a company is highly profitable/self sustaining.

Have you ever bothered to read financial statements put out by ANY company?

If those words scare you, what are you doing investing in anything on this exchange? Pinks are risky, but have a high potential for huge gains. Risk vs reward. AMFE is better than most in the pink cesspool as they are actually doing business, have substantial audited revenues, no toxic debt and will not be on the pinks much longer. Better get in soon because the train is about to leave the station IMO. GLTY.

I AM OUT, Sorry amfe longs, but the never ending audit, all this positive news, but yet the share price continues to slide, when i add it all up there seems to be something not right here. There is a reason they call them penny stocks, very high risk. Although i am out i will continue to root for you guys.

LMAO every company has language like that in their audited financials. It's called a Going Concern and it's something beginning accounting students learn in Acct 1A.
