I believe the SEC issued Admin Proceedings in Oct ‘17 for Jan and Mayor on SK3 (SKTO) but not Barrera for AEGY.

Have you seen any Admin proceedings on Barrera and AEGY? Is it still open or have they closed it without public disclosure?
