There 20 million dollar finance news. But I don’t understand it. I thought it was good news, they are paying 2.00 a share and mire for the warrants. Why the scare?
More dilution. Invictus is running dangerously close to penny stock toxic loan scam territory. Perhaps just a tad bit extreme in my exaggerated assessment, but it's aggravating that they would take on another equity loan when we are so close to legalization. Obviously the market agrees with my sentiment. What are we at now, 150 million diluted shares outstanding? Oct 17th isn't coming fast enough.
